Bishop Gates has served the PCAFI as presiding bishop since 2016. He is senior pastor of the multi-campus Kingdom Apostolic Ministries based in Michigan, Indiana. and Georgia.

Program Strategist

Pastor Bridges’ primary role is developing and implementing strategies for the MEC program and identifying ways to expand the breadth of the program.

Elder Brown supports the program director in managing the programs and events of PTI28 to ensure the smooth execution of the Preaching Transformative Initiative ‘28 from conception to completion.

Executive Director

Bishop Edwell is director of the PCAFI Office of Denomination, Church, and Pastoral Growth, and is senior pastor of New Life Family Worship Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Program Administrator

Tara works directly with the executive director of finance in ensuring adherence to the Lilly Endowment’s administrative and recordkeeping guidelines.

Elder Porter is responsible for developing and implementing MEC program strategies and overseeing management of budgets to ensure effective and compliant use of funds.
